Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, project requirements, and any optional company, volume or timeline details you provide. It also records the submission time and a reference. The form requires your agreement to use these details for the enquiry. We use this information to respond and discuss a potential project.
Sending an email shares your email address and message with Camry Labs through the email services used by you and us. Form submissions are stored in a private team inbox. Copies of your contact details and project brief are also sent to authorised team email recipients and recorded in a private Google Sheet through our Google Workspace services, so the team can review and follow up on enquiries. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email to you.
Keep patient data out of this website
Do not submit patient images, records, or identifiable health information. This website is for business enquiries and has no patient-data upload facility. Data access, security requirements, and any processing terms for an annotation project must be agreed separately before project data is shared.
Website operation and access
The website uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting infrastructure and a Cloudflare D1 database for enquiries. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service. Authorised team members access the private inbox using ChatGPT sign-in.
The form uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are cleaned up on later submissions. The application does not store the raw IP address in an enquiry record.
Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not add advertising trackers or store enquiries in your browser. Its animation and example controls use temporary page state. The hosting service and ChatGPT sign-in may use cookies or other technical mechanisms for security and authentication under their own policies.
Retention and privacy requests
Enquiries are retained in the team inbox, team mailboxes and private enquiry register until authorised team members delete them. Deleting a record from the website inbox does not automatically remove its email or spreadsheet copies. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, using your submission reference when available. Follow-up emails and records needed for an active business relationship may be handled separately.
